I am a UK based Microsoft Dynamics CRM functional consultant with 25+ years experience in IT. I’ve worked for a mixture of major companies in financial services, manufacturing and telecoms, as well as Microsoft Gold Partners. I have a software development background but I first came to Dynamics CRM around 2007.
I have worked on multiple implementations using CRM 3.0, CRM 4.0, CRM2011, CRM2013, CRM2015, CRM2016 and Dynamics 365. Currently I hold 22 Microsoft certifications covering all of these versions.
I am heavily involved with Unified Service Desk. Plus more recently I’ve also been working with Field Service and Project Service Automation.
I have a technical background but will never describe myself as a hardcore coder. I hope this helps me engage with businesses on their level and also explain complex subjects in a clear manner.
In this blog I hope to share my experiences with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Unified Service Desk and Field Service. Some of my posts will relate to the technical aspects of implementing CRM but others might tackle other issues such as project management or user adoption.
